Complaints / Returns

Please note that packages returned unpaid cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
In order to process your complaint/return as quickly and easily as possible follow these steps:

  • Login to your paintball.de account.
  • If you have ordered with a guest account, use the status link from your order confirmation email which is valid for 30 days.
  • If the 30 period has passed, please contact our hotline or sales team (sales@paintball.de).
  • Search in the "order history" for the corresponding order.
  • Click on the order ID or alternatively on "Show details".
  • Above the article list you will find the button "Return item", if an online return is possible.
  • Now select your "Return reason", the respective articles and quantities and confirm the process with "Save".
  • You will immediately receive an email confirmation.
  • In case of a warranty claim, wrongly delivered product or something similar, please get in touch with us (sales@paintball.de). We will gladly provide you with a free postage label. In all other cases (e.g. withdrawal) you have to pay the return costs.
  • Pack the goods in a parcel and enclose the return note. If you would like to return an item and have it replaced with a different colour or size or replace it with a different item, note this additional information on the return form.

That's it. Hand the package in at the post office and when we have received it we will inform you immediately about the status of your return.

Damages In Transit

Please check every shipment for damage immediately. If the package is damaged or repaired with adhesive tape by the transport company, report the damage immediately to the carrier and have this claim confirmed to you in writing. If in doubt, refuse to accept the package and contact us.

Repairs & Replacements

If any items you purchased from Paintball.de should break or show fault we will endeavour to repair or replace the items in-house. We may also forward the product to the original manufacturer or supplier for repair or replacement on your behalf. Any items returned to us should be in a clean condition i.e not full of paint or dirt.
