The Umarex PAC 1400 PerformanceAir Compressor is a portable high-pressure compressor for users who need controlled filling or testing of smaller compressed-air systems. In a paintball context, it is mainly suitable for home use, workshops, team rooms, clubs or service areas where HP systems are prepared, checked or filled in limited quantities.

The compressor provides a maximum operating pressure of 300 bar and can be used either with a 230 V mains connection or with two 18 V / 5.2 Ah lithium-ion batteries. Both batteries and two chargers are included. This makes the PAC 1400 suitable for users who want more flexibility than a mains-only compressor can provide.

For controlled filling, the shut-off pressure can be set in 1 bar increments. Once the selected fill pressure is reached, the compressor switches off automatically. The clear display shows the relevant parameters and helps keep the filling process under control.

The PAC 1400 uses a Foster compressed-air connection and includes adapters for 1/8, M10 and M10x1. According to the manufacturer, it is designed for common tanks or compressed-air systems up to 300 bar. For paintball use, the bottle, fill nipple, pressure rating and connection must be checked before use.

The compressor is designed for oil-free and water-free operation, features temperature protection and uses an easily replaceable filter sponge. The maximum fillable tank volume is specified as 3 litres. This positions the PAC 1400 as a practical unit for service work, preparation and limited mobile air supply, but not as a replacement for a professional field filling station with high continuous throughput.
