What is MOLLE?
MOLLE (abbreviation for Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a military system for fastening and carrying equipment and objects. The arrangement of the connecting elements is standardised.
The so-called loops are used to attach the accessories, e.g. magazine pouches, multi-purpose pouches, holsters, pockets for compressed air systems, pot pouches, grenade pouches, first aid equipment or similar to a tactical vest or a plate carrier, the so-called base.
The defined standard for connecting loops allows equipment from a wide variety of manufacturers to be combined with each other.
The connections keep the respective equipment safely in place, even under the greatest operational load (military spec).
